DC: Geoff Johns or Morrison on writing, either Ed benes or Jim Lee on art...

Marvel: Bring back Stan Lee... have it end the way it began. Art, not sure really...

I think Alan Moore should do at least a few stories if they were really ending. He has an artisan's touch.

Stan Lee's stories were typically the simplest but the greatest...have him write marvel's last few stories with Steve Ditko drawing it!
