It's very intense and in the form of an upside down 'u' underneath my ribs.

God, it's so painful. Anyone know any cures?

Um... I'd suggest eating something?

The thing is, I feel like I've already eaten tonnes. But I haven't actually eaten anything.

dude, sounds like you got indigestion. You could try eating some acidic fruit and hearty veggies. Otherwise, just go to sleep or drink some pepto

Thanks for the advice, but we don't have pepto in New Zealand.

Also, it feels different then indigestion. It's just under my ribs, feels like something's trying to get out.

At first I thought it was period pain tht was travelling it's way up or something...

When I get that pain in that area, it's always a cramp.

I don't know if you have a cramp, but the best way to get rid of them is to take in slow, deep breaths, till it's gone.

Um... hate to suggest the obvious but have you thought about seeing a doctor? They know all sorts of shit about medical conditions and can offer all sorts of pharmacological fun stuff to fix it!

Um... Yeah they do actually. Endoscopes, MRI's, cat scans, pet scans, x-rays ect...

If you don't have pepto-bismol, I've heard that a few cloves of ginger boiled in water does the trick. (Drinking the ginger water of course)
