In other words there is a competition for the greatest hair in superhero/villaindom. It's all about the style. Who has the glowing most radiant and vivrant locks? Who, like the girl from Ipanema, causes others to sigh "ahhhhhhh" when she or he walks by? Whose hair smells like autumn leaves drifting gently to the ground, or a spring zephyr caressing our noses like bambi the reindeer's velveteen horns as he moved from fawnhood to staghood.
