Hawkman is stronger, faster, more durable, has a healing factor, can call upon animal spirits, and has over 4,000 years of battle experience.

Hawkman doesn't have his wings or any Nth Metal devices here. He does have his generations of experience however.

Doesn't matter, it has been shown without the nth metal on Hawkman/Hawkgirl they can still fly and have super strength due to over exposure to the metal.

Well, I was going to give it to Hawkman on fighting experience and ability alone. Plus, he's simply more of a traditional bada$$. Batman is more of a creepy bada$$.

For example, Hawkman would listen to Led Zeppelin while Batman would listen to The Cure.

Hawkman honestly just needs to pick a better color combination. Real hawks look cool and don't have green legs. Like aquaman, ugh. D.C. has an orange/green fixation.

Batman has a better win/lost ratio. That being said I'll take Hawkman.
