Why come all the coolest characters wear (or are) blue?

I'm not sure man, but I've noticed that too with some of the coolest RM's wearing(or are) blue. Here's another vid of Mega Man fighting Cloud Man:

not all of the best, Gutsman, and Cutman are the two legendary RM, they are not blue or black.

Yeah, ones like Gutsman and Cutman are one of the most well-known RM's.

Gutsman has appeared in some form in MM, MM2, MM3, MM7, man he has appeared in every episode of the Ruby Spears cartoon just like Cutman.

Cutman makes a cameo in MM8 as well as one of the X, or Zero games.

Easiest has to be bubbleman/Topman/Toadman
All the others are neutral.

Except for Needleman, now he is hard.
