Wow. That's some disrespect to the DH family.

DHII, DH 3.0, and Death Metal could solo him....rather easily for the latter two, actually. Only DHI would lose to him (decent battle though).

Digi, I'm not sure how you feel about Iron Man but it isn't disrespectful to be losing to him if you consider how powerful Iron Man is.

None of the Death's Heads appear to be on Iron Man's level, close to it but Iron Man holds the advantage in strength, speed, and versatility. You can't forget either how IM's Extremis powers can turn this one-sided.

Innerhype, I understand that you want to defend Stark (who is powerful) but your post shows that you know nothing about the others. At best, he might take a few out of 10 againsy DHII. But 3.0 and especially Death Metal would annihilate him.

Death Metal is legitimately low herald level. I don't recognize either of those two, but they better be able to bring the hurt and take some punishment to even have a chance. I wouldn't give a good shot to anyone lower than, say, Firelord against Death Metal.
