Okay, these arent the Spartans from 300 but from the novel: Gates of Fire.
These Three Hundred champions run the Gauntlet, they have all their standard equip. and squires who bear their spare weapons including:
5 xiphos(short swords), 8-footers(spears) and shields of bronze for every Spartan.
2 cuirass breastplates and sets of armor for each Spartan.
They fight in the Gates of Fire, or the Hot Gates, the narrow corridor which at its narrowest can only fit a dozen men into it at a time. (Oh and just in case someone thought about flanking them via the goat path, theyve actually just dispatched Classic Juggernaut over there to defend it.)
1. 300 Roman Legionnaires- no cavalry or chariots, just sword/spearmen.
2. 700 Thespians- (Greek hoplites who fought at Thermopylae w/ the Spartans).
3. 150 16th Century Knights in full platemail on horseback.
4. Blade(katana only) and Wolverine(movie versions)
5. Master Chief- Energy Sword.
