I'm sure Lei-fang and Kokoro's "brown" hair is simply a customization. They're originally asian black.

As for who wins this will come down to Nina Williams versus Asuka really, and I'm going with Nina 56% on this one. Way too deadly and if you see the Death by Degress intro you'll see what I mean.

In real life the best ladies have all different hair colours. In computer games they are pretty much all blonde.
