Genei Ryodan
1. Ubogin
2. Feitan

5. Shizuku

So who wins it?

Ubogin can take them by himself.

Sasori kills everyone!!

Feitan kills Pein with pain, lots of it, in the form of the sun and Sasori.

I believe that you are overestimating Ubogin's power here. There is no way that he can take on all of Akatsuki by himself.

Genei Ryodan win, purely on the virtue of being so much faster.

Just because he has the power to create a crater doesn't necessarily mean that he can land a punch on every single Akatsuki member. I mean, he fought Kurapika, and got his ass handed to him. While its true that Kurapika had used his nen ability to strengthen himself against Akatsuki members by piercing his heart, it still didn't make him "that" strong, and if he could take down Ubo without too much trouble, then so could certain members of Akatsuki, at the very least (inluding ones on the list above). And even then, you somehow forgot to mention the devastating attacks that the members of Akatsuki has, which, in case you didn't know, Ubo isn't exactly invincible or immune to .
