Having this fight set for full-capacity doesn't help Storm any against Doomsday. Doomsday's full-capacity would be total invulnerability.

Doomsday couldn't be put down by the Justice League, or Darkseid's Omega Beams. Storm's powers would only delay the inevitable slaughter.

Even without that, she still ranks above that tier level.

Agreed, however, the hit isn't going to land. Her winds will keep him from getting to her as she tosses him wherever she pleases. She can also blind him with weather cover like fog, snow, hail or rain.

This is all wrong. Storm has always been able to control stars even from the very beginning. In Uncanny 99, she controlled the solar winds which comes from stars and is composed of the substance of stars. She has summoned the full power of millions of stars. Even Scott Lobdell, who PIS'd the character all the time stated that she is Mistress of the Cosmic Storm in canon. You lose and Doomsday loses too.

No its not. Its been in canon since the beginning with the character and it is even now included in her bios in the last couple of entries she's had in the Official Handbook of Marvel. The character is just that darn powerful and you need to start dealing with it. Its not going to go away.

You're just going to have to get over the FACT that her powers include, but are NOT LIMITED TO conventional weather manipulation.

She can very well bring something to DD that would be too much for his healing faction/adaptation.

Yea, that would be true if she wasn't always shown in one way or another to be able to manipulate things on a cosmic scale.

If she could manipulate the Solar wind(a small portions of a Star) just by guessing and feeling things out, then a mind/Spirit such as Storm's(in continuity) could infact summon the power of the Core.

Then we have Eternity.

It's no clear perameter, really.

Also take into account the psionic/spiritual nature of her powers....

As her "daddy" Claremont said, she had no "conception" of her limitations.

In addtion to that, she was gaining spiritual and material susentance from each and every celestial body before she even began to harness it.

Then we have another writer, Greg Pak in Endsong where she states she can feel the gravitational pull of the moon on the tides.

Quite consistent with her persona of strong/mind/will/spirit etc. taking into account the psionic/spiritual nature of her persona/powers

It's very consistent, actually.

ermmhappy I see something that got retconned in classic X-Men #7, Which was a rerelease of the same story by the same writer later on that depicts events happening differently.

The retcon means the events of Uncanny X-Men never happened.

Not that it was ever accuratly depicted in the first place, since her space suit would have been fried off of her if she summoned a stream of super heater plasma to her... Which she clearly didn't do.

IT was just Claremont misunderstanding the misnomer of "Solar winds" which have nothing to do with wind.

Deny it all you want, but it was retconned, and you're the one holding onto something that never happened.
