I dont know either heh, Im leaning towards CS but it can honestly go either way....

Does CSM have a weakness to Magic? Because if he does, Odin wins.

no one magical has ever fought him.... so, that's kind of a question we can't really answer. He's got Kryptonains in his make-up, but it's never been shown if inherited the weaknesses of the characters he gets powers from as well as the strengths.

He could probably use Ultra Boy's invulnerability to negate the magic weakness

Well in that case this could go either way. Their powers are about equal.

Im pretty sure CS would be a lot faster, it could come down to a matter of CS speedblitzing Odin.

Yes. All but element lad. But this isn't the LSH. This is thier power in one being. That means multiplies strength, durability, Speed, and energy and matter manip. All at PC levels.

If he is weak against magic, it'll be difficult, if hes immune,
odin goes down.
