I have a question about the Flash. I dont know much about them, but i saw a Dark red suited Flash once with a big silver thunderbolt across his shoulder and chest, and silver wristbands that cover alot of his forearm too. What issues did this Flash appear in? Who was he? Was he as fast as Wally and Barry and Bart?

He was probably faster than Wally at the time.
