Additionally, unlike the Force Storm performed by Palpatine, it was only observed to transport a person within the atmosphere, whereas Palpatine's abilities could transport a person through the vacuum of space.

Similar techniques? Yes but identical? No.

Palpatines technique has been shown to ravage a planets surface while destroy thousands of lives and warships, was the ewoks "force storm" any similar? Has it been even hinted that it could tear apart fleets?

Anyone remember those shiity "Ewok and Droids adevntures" kid cartoons with Wickett and C-3PO and R2?
