After going through so many Wiki bios, I think Marvel & DC may have missed some good ideas for characters. Let's make up some more right now.

This one seems obvious - Brainiac & Ultron combine to become ULTRIAC! A menace to all organic creatures!

Thor plus Superman combine to become Thor, Superman of the Storms

Thor is the last son of Asgard. His father Odin sending him away from the dieing dimension. Sent to Earth to help those who once worshiped the Asgardians. He protects humanity wielding the mightest weapon of his extinct people.

Impossible Man and Martian Manhunter merge to form Impossible Manhunter.

Human Torch + Iceman = Hellfrost ermm

Scarecrow + Scarecrow = The Scarer of Crows!!!!

Daredevil & Green Arrow merge to become -

GREENDEVIL! The Fightin' Irish-American Archer; agile as a leprechaun & blind as a bat!

I think Ion & Captain Universe work together. Both are power personas that can be passed between hosts.

When Dona Blakke travels to America to study American medicine, she finds herself attacked by muggers. In the ensuing fracas, she accidentally raps her cane against a wall and is instantly transformed into Thunder Woman, a female incarnation of Thor.

-Ironman+Plasticman = Elastic Meatal Man (the catch that even though hero is elastic he is confined to a metal suit.

-Flash+daredevil = Crash (He can run a super speed but often crashes into stuff cause hes blind and his "radar" sense can keep up with his blazing speed so he crashes in stuff)
