Eye of the Tiger isn't that great of a 'fight' song imo. Good song still. I always thought Step Up by Drowning Pool was a good fight song. Not a big fan of the band itself but good song nonetheless

I'd probably go with Pompeii - E.S. Posthumus or the Mortal Kombat movie theme if it was ambience. As for actual fight music, 'The Hornburg' from the LOTR:TT OST comes to mind.

Pompeii is pretty awesome, yeah.

For sheer epic'ness, Requiem for A Dream is pretty awesome.

I don't know for myself, I don't really think about fighting people when it comes to non-video game or movie scores. Historically it was probably Link Wray's Rumble.
