The Super- Batman and Spiderman Gauntlet!!!!!!!!!!

Ok here's the twist!!
Batman is worked on by Skrull Scientists. He now is to an effect Super Skrull with Batman's Brains. Spiderman is out fitted with unbreakable - heat,cold,magic,electric absorbing gauntlets and shin guards, and now has strength equal to Venom(Brock). How far do these dudes get. They get 1 day prep to adjust to their new abilities.

1.Wolverine and Rogue
2.Cable and the Punisher
3.Blue Beetle and Sasquatch
4.Marrow, Colossus and Crystal
5.The Thing,Hawkeye and Daredevil
6.Azrael,Blackpanter and Sabertooth
7.Captin America, Green Arrow, Vison
8.Storm and Polaris
9.Carnage and Venom and Green Goblin
10.Gorilla Grodd, Count Nefaria
11.Wonder Woman
12.Superman

Well i'll just say that they get to ten.
