Who wins?

Yat. Even if he's a noob, barring lead, I don't see the eradicator being able to over come what is obviously teh uber durability.

Kem-El or David?

Kem-El.

Erads wins. David might lose, even based on Yat's screwing up with the Ion power. But Kem-El? No way. He's too smart and he knows how to use his powers too well.
