Kal-L in IC
Cap America in Cap #25 -I think-
Quasar in Annihilation
Cap Marvelin KC
All of those sucked
Kal-L- the only reasonable one of the four listed, but that whole series was forgettable, let alone his death
Cap America- Publicity
Quasar - Does anyone even like Quasar?
Captain Marvel in Kingdom Come - Why would this even matter.....
willRules
Captain America was a good death, I thought Brubaker handled it superbly.
I always remember when Ben Reilly died, that had a special place in my heart as I was a fairly new reader back then
Neo Darkhalen
He should not have died, Captain America, was a classic from the classic Marvel era, before the comics became a pathetic wreck.
llagrok
Connor Kent's death was pretty good.
Jean Grey's death in New X-men (151?)
Citizen V
Captain Mar-Vell.
Recently? The best handled was probably Captain America's, but the most "shocking" would be Ted Kord's.

........
Nope, couldn't do it.
Oh sorry, I didn't explain myself, those smilies above, that's me, trying to disagree with that statement even more than I already do

I liked Quasar .... and there's really no way Annihilus should have beaten him in the way he did.

They're not real, they're comics.

Of all the deaths in comic books most of them seem insignigifcent to me, the one I cared the most aboiut was poor Blue Beetle, Ted Kord, why did he have to die? cry

I miss Ted to.
Isn't he coming back?
Neo Darkhalen
I don't read any of the new Marvel comics anymore, they mess with tradition and good ideas.

Well with the Booster Gold series (it's still running?) he might do some time tweaking and save his old friend.
Neo Darkhalen
How many people are dead in the Marvel Civil war/aftermath crossover thing that went on.
Morridini
that big dude who copycats Pym is dead, and Captain America, and some villains that Punisher killed.
And Cap Mar-Vell was unkilled.
Neo Darkhalen
I know Stilt man died.
Capt Spaulding
Just for the record, Captain mar-Vell's Death, is without a doubt, the most superbly unmatched death in comics. It set the standard, and him being brought back, is so ****en trivial, it's disgusting, I barfed 3 times just thinking about it

Plus, I'm happy we get to see some more of Captain Mar-Vell.
I want him to punk some of these current overrated Earth heroes before he leaves as well. Sentry, Iron Man, Apocalypse...

Isn't the new Captain Mar-vell a skrull?

That's just speculation at the moment but Bendis or one of the writers said that they will refer to the upcoming Secret Invasion in Marvel's new mini-series
Mr. Slippyfist
If Mar-Vell punks Sentry, I will mess my pants so hard... here's hoping they fight, and Sentry loses.

Uh no, hes a time travelling Kree.
TricksterPriest
I know he's supposed to be a Kree. But the way Bendis is going, he could end up being a skrul in disguisel. Which would suck, but at least Mar-vell would still be dead.

Also, Mar-Vell is dead.

Jason Todds death made me so F&cking angry.
But he's back,so woot..now we just need malefic,Azrael and I....Vampire.
TricksterPriest
Good luck on Azrael. For some reason, DC doesn't care about him. Then again, they brought a lackluster character like Jason Todd back, so there' hope.

Can't wait.
I hope it's a quick forgettable death... because that's all he's worth.
Hopefully they follow through with his death though, because if they don't, they'll be hell to pay.

I just want him to be bumped off in one of his long-winded speeches about his greatness.
lando005
