Just saying, he's been competitive with almost every Herald there is.

Even Air Walker was stalemating him before Norrin exposed his fire wings weakness.

This was kind of a strange task to make this list. With the exception of current Surfer, Fallen One, and maybe Morg, different Heralds have been all over the place in terms of power over the years. As such, the below list is heavily influenced by my perceptions of each character, not simply on feats. Also, I think a lot of these characters are very near each other in actual power, but many use their power in different ways based upon their personality. From strongest to weakest:

I don't know about the Terrax/Firelord thing. Firelord actually has a win over Surfer and better showings against herald level guys like Thor. Firelord>Terrax IMO...

Nova's power is probably > Red Shift, but I have not really seen any durability feats from her though.

I think you meant that Nova takes 6-7/10? I kinda disagree, but I guess it's just interpretation.

Red Shift has wins over the Surfer, and was shown as a peer to Stardust during Annihilation.

Absolutely nothing to place him below Nova, Air Walker, or even Terrax.

I think that Nova has shown the greater power output though, when she blasted that star. It's her durability that I am worried about.

Yep, I would place Red Shift above those three.

Red Shift has a KO win over the Surfer.

He showed the ability to fight and live in a black hole for an extended period of time.

He blocked the Galactus blast alongside Stardust.

In a team consisting of Ronan, the Super Skrull, Nova and others, only Stardust and Shift were said to have the power to clear a path through the centurions shortly before the Galactus blast.

Despite his lack of appearances, he never had a bad one and he always looked impressive.

I simply pointed out that he isn't heads and shoulders above Nova, for instance, as she clearly has the most impressive power output showing between the two.

No, this was before that.

Red Shift sent a meteor hurtling towards NYC that the Surfer had to stop.

It knocked him out.

Do you have an issue number or was it from Galactus the devourer #2 as well? Have not read that in a long time.
