I sort of agree. If I was going to say who the more powerful character was, I'd say Black Bolt, since he can do more. But, in a head to head fight, this one is almost impossible to call.

Might X be a bad match up for BB? Maybe.
If he would quickly enter his mind, he will win.

Yeah that seems to be the case. But if Black Bolt can whisper first, or even while X is trying to control his mind, its over. Could X keep control of him and make sure he doesnt speak before Black Bolt could?

He would need to do that quickly. Because of that, BB has better chances at winning.
