Weapons:
Leon's got a bolt action rifle, his knife, and a pistol with a silencer on it.
The End's got his rifle, a knife, and his parrot if that counts.
Note:The End will kill Leon, not tranquilize him, and they both got infinite bullets.
They also both need to keep their stamina up by eating wildlife. The parrot can be killed.

Ok, your talking about a man that managed to survive hordes of zombies and an array of huge bosses. Leon was able to adapt and win in ALL situations. Leon WILL win. No questions.

The End wasn't just the best sniper in the world, he invented modern sniping, so as much as I like Leon, I think The End would win due to Camo and that damn bird of his.
