What if...Jaden Korr did turn to the Dark Side in Jedi Academy? Please note, this is all speculation. So anyways, he turns to the Dark Side, takes the Scepter, kills Tavion and beats Kyle. He forms his own Empire of sorts, with a collection of Imperial Remnant ships, and begins making it like the Original Trilogy Empire. He's the Emperor. By 25 ABY, he's killed Luke Skywalker and Kyle Katarn and destroyed the Jedi. He rules the Galaxy, his fleets now as large as the original Empire, formed of Star Destroyers and the Empire's ships, though no superweapons.

Many of you who are reading this are probably reaching for the "reply" button to say BS to all this, but it's JUST SPECULATION.

Then the Vong invade, and Korr's Empire has to fight them. Do they win, or do they lose? Would they pwn them, or do a crappy job like the New Republic did? I think Korr would win, but it would be a New Republic-like job. After all, he's not a Thrawn in tactics and only about half a Palpatine in Force energy, and his beloved Scepter of Ragnos would be useless against the Force-immune Vong. But the power of the Empire, something the peaceful New Republic lacked, would be behind him.

Remember, this is all speculation. NO FLAMING!!!!!

I doubt Korr would have the leadership abilities to combat the Vong. I really see no true assets to him. Unless Luke and his Jedi joined forces with him, he really has no worthy allies to help him. I believe he'd fare worse than the Republic did.
