Hulk and Spidey didn't really get a chance to go at it. Hulk took his eyes off Spidey and Spidey, thinking Hulk was seriously threatening the kids, punched him into orbit (which didn't hurt Hulk).
Spidey could do that here as well. Hulk still can't fly.
