GLs they have a few members that are consistently impressive whereas the others . . . not so much.

heralds, if you consider how often Thanos trashes Surfer .
seems that GLs have the same problem (only, they're not as powerful as heralds, imo).

they are actually stronger but they are only there to get owned by badass
