If so then add Capt. America to trio. If not then original stipulations stands.

They succeed on all, first scenario.

Spidey's rogues are imbeciles. Bad matches for the Bat.

The quatuor win the first and the second mainly due to Captain America's shield and abilities.

They can win the third, with Batman's intelligence.

Neither of the SS scenerios have characters that are masters in strategy. More like ego driven than strategy.

That's the edge for Batman and Nightwing. DD makes a great fighter. But he'll have to follow Batman's instructions.
