Didn't Thing fight Hercules toe to toe one time. Fantastic wraps around Hercules then Thing bear hugs them and last but not least Invisible Woman puts him in a close quarters force field.

Hmmm....Sue could use her powers to create continuous unseen obstacles tripping him, knocking him up into the air, or slowing down his punches, etc, while Ben fights him and Johnny torches him. I think they can beat mortal hercules this way. Reed just stays the hell outta the way so he don't get burnt

Sue could form an invisible force field around Herc's head, cutting off his air supply. Then form a protective field around herself as the Torch hits Herc with a full power nova blast. If he is still conscious after this he will be severely weakened and a solid haymaker from the Thing should finish him off.

Sue alone can beat Hercules. The entire FF is overkill.
What is Herc going to do to an invisible opponent that is flying around high in the sky with a force field up and decides to put a bubble in his brain and expand it until explosion? This is a very very easy win for Sue alone.
