Anyone go? was amazing.
**** buttons, Chromehoof, Julian Cote, Madlib, GZA, Sunn0))), Earth, Boris, Hawk and a Hacksaw, Aphex twin were all quality... Portishead really surprised me, I must admit I wasnt expecting much from them, but I really enjoyed their set.
plus, watching Old Boy at 2am in the cinema, watching the hatton fight with hundreds of people crammed into a bar... and sitting drinking with GZA and Killah Priest sat at the next table, eating Burger King as Julian Cote talked to literally everyone who walked by, and briefly meeting Damo Suzuki were all positives...
**** Buttons were my highlight musically though... brilliant band (for want of a better word, it's 2 guys and a lot of electronics).
