Taking another look at the interview has intrigued me.

This might be better than the other two series.

I think I will get the first issue.

Shouldn't be to hard for Wolverine: First Class to outshine Origins and Wolverine... although there are some potentially great runs coming up on Wolverine with Brubaker and Jason Aaron both having upcoming arcs.

I'm looking forward to this book, it has a lot of promise.

Its true. Origins is terrible and Wolverine is just plain bad.

With Kitty on this book it has promise.

Especially how we get to see their relationship grow.

I think it could be really interesting, having all their stories set between UXM #138-150

X-Men First Class has pretty consistently been fun, entertaining, and liberated from the general muck that most recent comics get ruined with. If Wolverine: First Class is anything like that, it should be a great time.

Plus: Dazzler. What more could anyone ask for?

X-Men First Class has been a dissapointment IMO, but this has Kitty Pryde in it so we'll see how it goes.
Its got 8 issues so far...and sales will determine whether or not it becomes an ongoing. I actually wouldn't mind them replacing X-Men First Class with this.

Pfft...they said if Omega Flight sold well it would warrant an on-going. Well it did and far better then they expected. Now what have we heard from Marvel about an Omega on-going?.....Nothing.

X-Men First Class mini didn't sell well, but it still got promoted to be made an on-going.

It all comes down to if Marvel likes certain characters or not.

Just that i keep seeing people on this forum saying both Origins and the wolverine comic is crap, How is it crap ?!?

Like i said before I don't mind the 2 series myself then again its not that hard to please me when it comes to comics.

I might wait until Ed Brubaker's run because Origins is really bad and I don't like the art in the new run.

I mean hell logan was not even taking DP serous the entire fight.

Logan was even holding back to the point were he was not attacking with lethal force. while deadpool was..........

also Logan won pritty much every encounter between the two in the issue.

What comic did you read?

Wolverine was holding back, to the point of trying to talk to DP and he knew somthing was wrong with DP(cleary he is going bonkers lol), he seems to get mad at the end of the comic when clearly DP wont stop and keeps messing with wolvy

Looks like this first Class #1 does'nt come out until Mar 26, 2008 going by the marvel site

It doesn't mean Deadpool beat Wolverine, it means he completely played with Wolverine the entire time. It was entertaining in my opinion either way.

I could analyze the fight, but I won't. All I'll say is, Wolverine was trying harder than Deadpool... Plus, Deadpool never really fought back in that issue... it just seemed he planned everything out before hand.

This fight between Wolverine and Deadpool was really the only good thing to come out of this whole mess that Marvel calls "Origins." Gotta love that Deadpool's mannerisms of being a crazy bastard, especially when he interacts with Logan.

And yeah, any one who says Deadpool wasn't playing around with Wolverine this whole time is nuts.

Are you kidding me? He tried to shot wolverine, he tried to kill him in a number of ways. Logan never even attempted a killing strike. Logan even pulled in his claws and punch and kick DP instead of stabbing him. DP on the other hand kept trying to stab, and shoot and blow up wolverine.

Seems Wolverine has got another one going Its called 'Logan' some mini-series

I've check out a review for #1 of the comic and they say its a more friendly one and also it revolves around kitty pryde more then both of them and overall it is'nt half bad

I've been getting Wolverine: First Class.

Issue one was fun. It was real Kitty Pryde heavy, which is not a bad thing. Not quite as much fun as X-Men First Class, but still, worth reading.

And "Logan" is Brian K. Vaughan. And he's never, ever bad.
