The only Superman I see having a chance in hell against Monarch, is Emo-Prime.

I doubt any of them can win but we haven't saw many.

Monarch is Captain atom's full potential released, clearly exibiting his quantum elemental abilities. Since he can manipulate kryptonite radiation, this shouldn't be a contest, he should be able to take any superman 1 on 1....that's anything like Earth 1 that is...

At the levels Prime is currently being written at -- I don't know how he could loose.

Hell, a Guardian broke him down at the atomic level, and it ultimately just made him stronger.

Prime won't stay that way. Monarch could just take the guardian energy right out of Prime.

that's actually perectly possible, but you can't expect Prime to just sit there and let Atom do this. But a good point nonetheless Nvr

hmmm, Who Remembers when major Force Exploded, it made Captain Atom Quantum Leap to the future, but later in the arc, he hit the kryptonite asteroid, and was sent to another universe. Major Force's powers and physical comp. is exactly the same as Monarch's currently. rime, could probably survive it. Then Again, that arch was full of plot points, used to accelerate the story. So interpret it as you will.
