No number of regular humans could hurt spider man. Class 20 strength would make him about 200 times stronger than a 200 lb pressing man. He would splatter the multiples all over the place until M-man fatigued. Also, super speed and reactions would make it even more ridiculous. Now if they each had knife let's say, that could be different.

Oh yeahhh...MM has normal strength.

Ok, they each have combat knifes.

He creates a crap load of clones and kills Spiderman with an overwhelming flurry of knife throws and stabs 😄.

Or he tires out and Spiderman kills him.

you do realise that mulltiple mans power comes from the fact that hopefully his duplicates work together to combine their strengh. mulltiple man is like an army of ants one ant alone cant do alot but an army can do many many things. it would be an equal fight if spiderman had his webbing
