I'll probably be in the minority, but I think it would be a great fight (sans Hawkeye's trick arrows, of course)

Legolas should win quite easily with his preternatural elfin abilities. He won't of course. Hawkeyes resume has a number of villians far superior to Sauron who he has brought down. The Collector and Krona to name two.

Legolas dies, then Hawkeye grabs his magical bag of infinite arrows.

Hawkeye easily... plus, he's also skilled enough to dodge everything thrown his way...
