If we go by feats then team 1 gets stomped

Tenebrous and Aegis stomped the Fallen One. Defeated Galactus

It took 2 of them to beat him

And galactus was in a weakened state he wasnt even 100%

And Galactus was cheap shotted to boot.

Monarch kill himself releasing crunch universe destroying energies and thus killing Aegis and Tenebrous. We already know that Prime can survive that.

We have a Kryptonian, a Cosmic entity, and a powerful alien demon.

I'd go with team two.
