couldn't he just punch Juggernaut so hard that he goes back in time to before he was bestowed with the powers of The Juggernaut?

all versions of juggernaut are ultimately < Cyttorak, and people here have SMP somewhere over Skyfather no? ...

The retcon punch cant just be done while vsing some1, he was punching against that crystaly that represented reality or else all his other punches against ppl would retcon them or some part of the universe.

He most certainly could slug it out with depowered juggy and perhaps classic (couldnt ko classic but at least stand toe to toe)
