To put YouTube videos, DVD and videos in other format to iPhone, you should change the source videos' format into the proper one like MOV, MP4 which are compatible with iPhone and other Apple devices. I usually use Video Converter software to do video format conversion. I can use it to convert videos in batches, and the converted videos' quality still remains high definition. It's a pretty good software.
