Magneto should be able to hurl the Earth (all the iron and minerals and the magnetic poles should give him plenty to play with) into and through the Sun, but he wouldn't be throwing it in the strictest sense.

Hulk at the upper reaches of his power definitely is "strong enough", just not sure how he can apply that strength, given he can't fly nor has anything against which to leverage himself.

Hulk is a Celestial cry

Hulk in WWH #5 would be strong enough, but there is no way for him to get leverage to actually do it, so he would be out. Technically only flying / telekinesis based characters or reality altering characters could do a feat such as this.

So that would leave characters such as: Superman line (e.g. regular supes after a sundip, Superman one million, Superman Prime, possibly alternate universe Christopher Kent, etc.), Phoenix, Galactus, etc.
