let me vote on this battle like all of the superman fans does. Vulcan speed blitz thor because vulcan flew from earth to the shiar planet which is in another universe in a week.

Actually it's located in the Shiar Galaxy relatively close to the Milky Way.

Match Stipulations.
Because Thor is not his family (referring to Vulcan) and no other Summers/Grey family is no where to be seen. We will relay on the fact that the same will not happened this time around.

We see Vulcan operate the Phoenix in a fairly high level, and we know that the phoenix carries over the memories and experience..even from prior avatars. We shall assume that Vulcan can assume routine powers that manifest from other phoenix avatars.

As for Thor, he is said to have gain every once of knowledge Odin gained plus more. Add on the fact that he also wields every ounce of power as his Father. So by defector, all feats done by Odin, should be within Thor’s grasp.
