Well Marka doesn't have a lightsaber, he has a Sith Sword... overall Ragnos would win, though, and this will be closed because Ragnos threads are banned and there's not enough proof about Ragnos' abilities. However, he ruled a bloodthirsty Sith Empire for over 100 years and was never defeated in combat as far as we know of. I think that puts him above most people. I can't see Ludo Kressh and Naga Sadow respecting and bowing to Ulic's spirit, afterall.

He was the most powerful sith lord of the ancient sith and was described as having tremendous physical strength and frightening grasp of the darkside. He turns Uiic into melba toast.
