Well, emma stumbled about in his mind and he fried her with a thought - seh couldnt even properly grasp what was going on in his mind to begin with. Empath couldn't even touch his rage as it was beyond the scale of his power and anything he ever expereienced.
His control over the physical world is for all intents adn purposes absolute and he isn't afraid to use it. I don't see any way regular raven gets wins here.
