While on my way home from the Bank cha-ching! I was thinking of making a thread on comic characters that the fans wanted to see in battle against one another, but without the PIS/CIS and no fan votes. Just DC and Marvel Comics writers deciding who would beat who.

Who would you guys want to see fight? It does not matter whether, or not it is cross company or within the same company. Example Namor vs Lobo, or Gladiator vs Sentry. It could be anyone that you want. The rules are simple give your top five most wanted to see fights and let someone else take a shot. I'll start with my top five most wanted.

Thor vs. Surfer is, to me, the classic cosmic stalemate. Thor can absorb Surfer's energy but Surfer should have the speed advantage. The edge in the fight depends on who you talk to. I'd love to see a definitive fight between them....and I'd root for Thor, but that's beside the point.

This is not a versus match up but more a thread on which Hero/Villain people would like to see battle one another, if the Mods deemed it a VS thread, I am pretty sure that it will be moved to the appropriate section.
I also noticed that you did not say who you would like to see fight llagrok. Whats the deal with that? Do you think that this thread is a horrible subject to discuss?
