Ok, so after a hiatus from KMC because of a hot topic about infidelity (i get so worked up about moral debates) I'm back. I have a new job, I'm getting a new house, I just got my brakes fixed, and it's almost Thanksgiving - which means I get to cook like mad (yay!) and Christmas - which means I get free stuff (also yay!). I'm going to infuse an 18 lb. turkey with Cajun this year. Wish I could deep fry it, but for lack of a huge deep fryer, I'm stuck with baking. Nice dancing banana...
