Was he weak when he fought Tenebrous and Aegis?

I don't think so, he was holding his own against Tenebrous when they fought until Aegis stepped in and cheap shotted Galactus. In the previous page, the narration stated that both T and A are close to Galactus in power.

Not a low showing from Galactus.
