I firmly believe that Juggs can be koed momentarily (not harmed though) if he continued to take a head beating. This is because of his weakness to psionics (derived from the mind), mind attacks, and him shown to be jarred a few times from head attacks. This makes me think that his brain is a suceptible weakness. With that said, if its possible for Thor and Hercules to knock Juggs out then they certainly win this.
But if it is impossible to knock Juggs out by physical force then he outlasts them for the win. I believe they can do it though.
