Yeah they do. They better do it fast tho before They run out of power. At first I would say they don't. But John has enough will power to exceed the ring limits. So He can do some wicked stuff. And Kil is like the best GL besides kYle and Hal IMO. Guy has heart. I give him that. Not much else. Cannon Fodder.
