Not familiar with Icon. From his bio, it looks like he would beat Maxam.

Well it says in his bio when he grows in mass he is indestructible and in another bio Maxam said he was equal to Hercules in strength and he was good enough to fight Gamora toe to toe before he grew in strength i believe
