Snafu the Great

He sends the invite to Ryu through Akira. She found Ryu at the dojo left to him by Gouken. The aforementioned Ansatsuken warrior was stretched out on the dojo's porch when Akira arrives with the challenge.
Ryu, not having been in a good match in a while, accepts. The battle takes place on the grounds of Gedo High School.
