I will explain-Batman:highly skilled peak human who uses shadows to help sneak up on people and experienced at doing so.
Spiderman😖uperhuman strength ( can lift 10 tons) superhuman speed and agility (can dodge automatic gunfire) spidersense ( warns of danger including people sneaking up on him and helps dodging danger) experience( he's been a super hero since he was 15 years old- been a crime fighter at least 10 years in Marvel time)
So Batman is outmatched

Cheer for the edit CaptainStoic but after the events of One More Day in the Spiderman i think he has been returned to his old 10ton power level- if i'm wrong i apologise -but even at his old Classic power level Spidey is too much for Batman
