I think it would be fun to see. Firelord only lifts 50 tons and has been beaten by Spider-Man and k.o'ed with one punch from Hercules.

In his second appearance, he was easily manhandling Thor and Hercules

He had been upgraded what about the Classic Firelord though would Rhino beat him?

And Cap is no where near that in strength , and he's handled Rhino. So strength isn't really a factor, when Firelord has a considerable speed advantage over Rhino.. Also, are you sure Hercules knocked him out ? If I remember correctly he downed him, they even had an exchange of dialog after the punch...
