Hmm, I dont see Thanos getting past the speedbltz and the planet busting strength. I give it to Prime.

SBP would still have a strength advantage...even over the Power Gem...IMO. I don't think any user of the Power Gem has ever accomplished a feat that SBP would not be able to match...or exceed. With SMP's speed..and other all around powers. He's just too much for Thanos.

Yes...what strength feat has Thanos performed in that series...that matched anything close to what SMP has accomplished? Sure, Thanos fought back a lot of heroes...using just the power gem...but, so has SMP...and he didn't even have a gem. IN THE UNIVERSE with the power gem, making it a futile attempt to fight him. he can mimic the powers of smp if he wanted to, but that would be condescending. for example, a godlike bieng named chronos tried to bury thanos in time(past present and future), it was stated that this attack was like trying to drawn an ocean since thanos was now the master of time itself. the same goes for energy (in all its forms and uses)wielding the power gem.

You power gem itself does not manipulate time...you need the time gem itself for that

it backs the power of the other gems. he beat all the heroes solely with its use, turned thor to glass, choked the shit out of the hulk, turned logans bones to rubber, nurned nova to lego, etc, plus shattered cap's shield to toothpicks.

True, it does back the power of the other gems....but, Thor, Drax, and Champion..among others have also owned the power gem. Were they able to the same things with it? If Champion could've done all that with the power gem...then he should've shit stomped Thanos in their fight.

While I agree that the power gem is all that, all that matter manipulation that you mentioned ( ex. turning thor to glass): Thanos could already do that stuff on his own. The Power Gem just amped his abilities to godly levels.



Champion didnt know how to fully use the gem. He even thought it didnt work.

they simply were "possessors" of the gems not true wielders. plus warlock is a better wielder than thanos was so it depends on the individual.

People tend to forget that the Power Gem can take away as well as giveth. Thanos can simply drain all of SMP's energy, or boost his own infinitely. MU-616 Thanos is one of the few people in the multiverse that can use the Power Gem to it's fullest potential.

IF thanos could use the gem to it's fullest potential, he wouldn't have needed the other gems. Since his own powers would have been amped infinitely. And SBP doesn't get his energy from the PG. Where all marvel power comes from. SO he won't be getting drained.

He even says to himself, "I need only to cut myself off from all sensory input." Sensory input, dammit.
