Autobots and Decepticons...all movie versions...are allied together to take on an army of 30 Tri-Pods...as seen in the movie...The War of the Worlds. The Tri-Pods all have their forcefields...and disintegrater blasts...and are immune to Earth's microbes.

Can the Transformers stop them?

I'm pretty sure the Transformers are immune to the 'disintegrator ray', considering that it only appeared to vaporise organic life.

If they can pierce the shield then the Tripods fall, their clumsy and the size difference is negligible. Bumblebee will pull a Mr Hyde if necessary....

no he just seems to be the weakiest out of all of them

Yes, though they were in the original Novel , which IMO beats them all. Then again I'm a steampunk fan...
