I wouldn't go that far.
By Mr Master:
Sometimes Impossible Man is written with jurisdiction beyond the conceivable.
He's nearly collapsed the Omniverse by creating a single copy of Earth.
(he actually created Two Writers in that Earth aside from nearly every Hero & Villain known)
He's dealt with more Avatars of Writers than anyone I know and,
he has even smacked some of them around.
Stan Lee himself appears as an Avatar in an issue he himself wrote,
and Stan himself basically told Impossible Man that he is a counter-part to Mxyzptlk,
Stan literally called him a "Rip off" laughing out loud
IM's 2006 bio actually certifies what he did as Canon,
IM actually went into the Avatar that represents Marvel studios,
smacked up and terrorized Writer avatarS ...
... on panel, and detailed in Marvel's official handbook.
They give IM these powers and this status cause
he's a lot smarter and clever than he's given credit for,
IM just plays stupid, that's how he's written, cause he can do anything and gets bored,
but IM has done some crazy feats, and always knows what's going on,
but he's always clowing around so you can never tell.
It seems that he has done even more that Mxy.
If IM chooses, he can do anything and slap anyone.
